Goods Accompanying list

Hy friends & Seniors,
We are landing a family of four at the Toronto port of entry this august, please if somebody could clear my quiery about the goods which we are bringing with us together. Do we need to just make a simple list printed out with valued money?or fill the form given on the CBSA website B4/B4A.
Thanks a lot if someone can give me a definate answer.

I just made a table in microsoft word showing how many of the item, what the item was, how much is was worth (make sure its in canadian dollars!) and listed it as what was in each box to make it easier all round.
When i landed yest that was all fine and in fact by listing it in boxes seperatly, i was told it will make it easiser if i want to ship it in sections as they can they cross things off the list at customs
