goods accompanying list (Canada Landing)

Hi All, Guru's,

I will be landing to canada and coming back to usa within 3 to 4 days.

I will be carrying all the important things with me and I have mentioned it in the goods accompanying list.

I will be bringing back all these items to usa within 4 days while coming back to usa.

Later, can i get those items back to canada without any tax problems.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

You can take back and bring again certain items like computer and accessories, cameras, I pad, laptop etc. Write down the make, model and serial numbers of such items on the B4 when you land initially and get it stamped. Keep a photo copy of the stamped form which can be shown to the CBSA while re-entering, if there is any questions. Usually there will not be any embarrassing situation.

I will be staying for a short period in canada now.

I would like to bring all the items back to usa instead of some items and when i re-enter back into canada, i would like to take back all these items and goods to follow list.

Any more suggestions or advise.

If you have the B4 form got stamped while your initial landing, you don't have any problem for bringing those items to Canada without duty. While returning from USA to Canada, you have a duty free allowance for $800/- worth stuff for person ( if returning after 48 hrs )however, it is always safe to have your B4 forms stamped.
