Good places in Regina for renting

Hello dear members, I will be soon landing in Regina and will plan to have a rented appartment there can anybody please suggest good places like nearness to malls, banks etc. Also is it possible to pay rent and deposite with travel card as I will not be having account with any canadian bank there initially. Hi, You are from India.. Look for apartments victoria ave,, Lot of Indian restaurants too
