ok just today I checked the processing times for majority of the countries and found that IRCC has reduced the processing times for most of them.

Some countries dropped by 7 months, other 5 months.
Looks like Canadian government is reducing the processing time and I believe after Canada day which is JULY 1 THEY ARE GOING TO REDUCE MORE... Good luck to everyone.

serbia through vienna went from 17 months down to 13 months

Well, anecdotally, processing times have decreased even more for US applicants. The fastest last year was about 3-4 months, this year people are getting through in a month.

Formalboygirl is right! At least with my visa office. Manila VO is from 17mos down to 12months!

Cuba was 10 months and is now 17 months so it went up not down

I can see my VO is still at 20months :'( :'( :'(

The processing times on the website mean little anyways. For most, it's not an accurate reflection of how long their individual applications will take.
