did you reach Selection criteria?
Havent you heard that CIC is gonna return applications of all who applied before Feb 2008?

Anyone applied before June 2011 is now in Backlog.

No..I haven;t reach the selection criteria.. does this means that I cannot apply for this too.. already spend lot of money in this and don't want to spend more on courier/other charges and at the end of the day u know its not worth.

I am glad to see there is a small silver lining of common sense shining through all this madness.

Of course, there is nothing to stop any candidate for applying for PNP of their own accord, but if CIC are using existing files this should speed things up.

However, with PNP my understanding you DO have to secure a job offer (it's just the PNP means you don't need an LMO which makes the process of securing a job easier).
