Most of us who are applying for student visas now will apply for PR in 2024-2025, not sure what the rules will be at that time. A 2-year degree and one year job. 3 years can change a lot of rules.

True.... and they are planning for immigrants only till 2023.

From what I know, their immigration policies will stay lenient for the next few years. Maybe the rules will change, but it will not change much for us to be worried about it

Maybe...

This might be far fetched but I do worry about the rising property prices, even more so due to the amount of immigrants. It's already difficult to buy a house in Canada, it will only get worse 5 years down the road.

But that's a discussion for few years later.

Why you require 4years to apply for PR..?? As you graduate you'll get through express entry.. right??

Most student's points won't be enough as per the current cut off trend. That's why almost everyone works for one year to be eligible under Canadian Experience Class.
