Please do not go to Green and Spiegal.........They are just sitting there to make money and not offer you any solutions. Charged me 300$ for 5 minutes and didnt suggest anything good

If you have a straight forward case you do not need a lawyer at all. The application package and process are pretty simple and well explained on CIC website.
In any case, the lawyer's filing fees are per case, not per person/dependants

I'm going to apply in CEC category. But My employer is not giving any reference letters.
But I have other documents like my Paystubs, WP LMO excemption letter issued by my employer with roles and responsibilities.

If I go to lawyers or consultants, is that any advantage ? will they prepare any doc instead of ref. letters?

But my question do we really need lawyer as I know I never worked more than 20 hour
I always go to school never got letter about my attendance and pass problem
I never debt any money any credit card or unpaid bill never get fine
My study and experience are real

Also gov website has a information

So In that case do we need lawyer.
