Bit off-topic.

But I'm sure a lot of you, like me, are possibly getting depressed with waiting...and waiting..and waiting...

And not having the person you love the most physically with you :(

I'm new to starting the application process, and it's really stressing me out already. I don't want my husband feeling worse or my sadness putting stress on our relationship...we're both trying our best with what we have to deal with. I was just wondering if anybody could share some ideas for healthy outlets, distractions or activites that make the waiting a bit easier. All I really have is my job, which makes time stand still...

Really depends what YOU enjoy!

Me I love nature. A hike in a park or in the mountains is really great.
Another for me is too listen to motivational speeches or books like the 7 habits of highly effective people or Tony Robbins and so on it. The get me motivated to do more with life than just exist, to just work. Thats why I'm oveseas in the first place, to escape the 9 to 5 grind my old job has

Whatever u do...good luck! =o)

Go out with friends, play online games, watch movies, go to the gym or work out at home. Read books, listen to music, draw a picture. Take local classes on making something you're interested in. Start a blog. Just a few ideas, I could come up with dozens more :)

ahah nice one for a couple days, but after your wallet has no more money, your stomach is getting out of your pants and you want to sleep all day long....might not be the best idea =)

I think beer is a great idea, however I opted for putting together CD compilations, photo albums & letters/cards for my friends and family that I was moving away from to remind them of all the good times we had together etc.
Not only did it pass the time, but it made me smile A LOT to remember all the fun I'd had with them all....oh, and I had a few glasses of wine!!!

Join a hot yoga class that will help you alot and also pray
