Hi Sir/Madam! I came here in Canada last 2015 and I have a second employer now as a Live-in- Caregiver. My concern is my entry visa here in Canada expired last March 21,2017. How to apply or renew my visa here in Vancouver Canada as as desame in my old visa which is multiple entry? Thank You!

Let me be clear.. are u under LMIA visa or visitor visa? You cant have both..
Not sure that is exactly true given the LMIA could be as a temp worker meaning the OP if wanting to travel out/into the country would need a valid TRV given an LMIA is not valid for travel. If the OP were here on an LMIA that lead to being a PR then they would of course not be referring to any multiple entry visa but a PR card.
