Good 2 year programs for 2014 intake around toronto.

Hello friends,

This forum was very helpful with information when I applied for FSW back in 2010. I since got here, got a job and now wish to sponsor brother's education.
Could anyone help with info about good universities or colleges with affordable 2 year programs that allow for post graduate working permit?
The said brother has only less than 2yrs university education in home country.
We are thinking about 2014 entry but could be later. I would prefer something close to toronto as I can offer accommodation.
Any help will be appreciated.

You should be looking at colleges.

Universities don't offer two year programs for undergraduates or post graduate work permits.

Depends on college. If it is an accepted college according to the cic website or not.

Universities do not issue PGWP at all. Neither do colleges.
