Since you are talking about ring and I am sure it has diamonds with it, bring the certificate (from the jewelry shop). My husband was advised to bring it but nobody from the Canadian airport was asking for it. If you love the beach and you like to scuba dive or snorkel, visit Panglao, Bohol Keep all proof of this trip for the application: photos, plane tickets, boarding passes, entry and exit stamps in passport, hotel/restaurant receipts, receipts and tickets from other activities. If you get engaged, have a little party to celebrate it. When you meet her family and friends, get photos of you with them, and note down the date you met.
