I had made an application for embassy stating the reasons of my medical.
When my medical was done. When it reached to INDIA, New Delhi Regional office.
Along with dates and courier # and Medical tracking number Via DHL.
Here is my application:

Subject: Request for Re-Medical Letter.
Dear Sir / Madam;
I had filed my student visa application for Canada, September 2012 Intake, and submitted my application for your consideration on June, 12th 2012 Via TCS (Tracking no # XXXXXX). Later on July, 9th 2012 Canadian High Commission issued a Medical Letter to process my application further. It is important to note that I had received my medical letter on the very next day July, 10th 2012 and following day I get my appointment for medical examination from International Organization for Migration (IOM), Karachi Pakistan. Medical Examination was done successfully and an Official Medical Receipt, Medical Report - Section A, given by the office staff along with my passport were courier back to the Canadian High Commission Islamabad on July 12th, 2012.
On August 17th, 2012 12:51 PM, I had emailed Canadian High Commission to speed up my application process as I was intended to join my University from September 2012 Intake. And I received a reply on September 27th, 2012 from Immigration Section, Canadian High Commission Islamabad that my medical is not received by them yet. It was difficult to understand that Medical was already forwarded by IOM, Karachi Pakistan to New Delhi, India Regional office but didn’t reach back to the Embassy, Islamabad Pakistan.
Furthermore, in response of the email of Immigration section, Canadian High Commission Islamabad, I had visited International Organization for Migration (IOM), Karachi Pakistan to confirm my medical reports and their delivery details. They had instructed me to report Canadian High Commission Islamabad that my medical could be traced by this no # MD XX XXX XXX as it was written on my Medical Report – Section A form which I had forwarded to CHC, Islamabad along with my passport.
Attached are the Medical letter Issued by Canadian High Commission Islamabad on July 9th 2012, Copy of Medical Official Receipt, Medical Report – Section A form, FAX which was send to the Regional Medical Office New Delhi India on October 18th, 2012 and proof of the email which was received by Immigration Section, CHC Islamabad on September 27th 2012 to support my application as well as Medical Details along with dates.
Lastly, it has been three months after medical; I’m waiting for my further application process. Please ask me for Re-Medical as I have no issues to undergo Medical Examination again. I’m a student and I Filed my Student Visa Application on June, 12th, 2012 for September 2012 Intake. My whole year Fees is also Blocked in my University. They are asking Reasons for Differ because after MEDICAL it was updated to my University that my MEDICAL EXAMINATION has been done. And now, they are arguing that Canadian High Commission doesn’t take so much time after Medical Examination is conducted. Please Speed-Up the Application. Being a student, I have to continue my education as soon as possible.
