There is no difference between filling up form at CHC Chandigarh and sending an email to them.

You won't be NOT alone overthere, you will find many students/parents at the scene.

No, I have never been there because I am aware of the fact that it won't work this way. There is no use of going there, at the most you will get a form to put off your enquiry....and thn, nothing going to happen !
