Going to Calgary, transfer in Toronto, where to do the "landing" process?

Dear all,

next week, I am going from Germany to Calgary via Toronto.

Now, I got to know that I have to pick up my luggage in Toronto and do the customs and give it back before taking flight to Calgary.

My question is whether I need to do the landing/immigration process also in Toronto, or can I do it in Calgary?

I have only 2 hours and 10 minutes for the transfer.

You will do the landing in Toronto as it will be your first entry port in Canada. The landing interview does not take very long so if there are not many people doing it you should be okay for time.
