I applied for this may intake from UAE but got refused. Now I'm planning to apply again for sep intake but this time from India.
Should I apply for the same college and course?
I got refused for the reason : You have submitted documentation which lacks authenticity as part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission.
But I did not submit any duplicate documents

Which document you submit ,,,Reply with it...

share your profile first.
and if you'll change your course and college it'd reflect as negative instead add up a justification letter regarding the rejection points.
try to build a strong SOP.

My profile is :
10th : 8.0 (CCE)
12th : 84.7% (commerce without maths)
IELTS : 7.5 overall

Applied for Business-Accounting in centennial college.
So i should apply for same college and same course? Can I submit the same SOP?

So, you already have BA in Commerce but applied to another BA program only this time in Accounting and in Canada ? It does not make sense.
no... My highest qualification is 12th -commerce.
I think the document which the embassy think is not aunthentic, might be some documents from dad's business. But, if I apply from India, i do not need those documents. So will it a problem?

Need and should- is a difference. The checklist of documents on cic site is very short but obligation to convince VO is on APPLICANT not on VO. VO does not have to make any assumptions. You HAVE to provide them with papers to convince them to issue you SP.

i submitted those documents to show that my dad earns enough money to support me in canada....but when i will apply from india, only gic fund is needed to ensure that i have enough funds to live there

can someone give me link to cic website which states some tips or directions for re-applying?
Please

I'm sure, I have not submitted any duplicate documents. Is there anything I can do to request them to reconsider my application?

No - applying again would be the best choice for you
