Whoops sorry about that. :) My husband landed 3 weeks ago. I know he can't go anywhere out of Canada yet but we want to make plans for the coming month or new yr.

If your husband only has canadian PR he would need a visa to enter the U.S. The only visa exempy people from Canada are Canadian Citizens or people from visa exempt countries.
