Hello All,

I have few questions:
1. Can i go outside of country to visit my family at Back Home after my getting ITA or after submit my all documents ?

2. Can I go for my home country for marriage after ITA and submitting the PR file ?

Please solve my confusions

Thanks

No issues travelling.

But if you get married, you will have to inform IRCC immediately after you get married and follow their instructions on how to add your spouse to your application. It is mandatory to inform them of major changes like marriage, divorce, having a baby.

Do i need to still inform IRCC after submitting my documents ?

what if i dont want to add my spouse in my application and apply separately for her as a spouse visa after my PR Card ?

Yes, you still need to inform them. If you don't, it's misrepresentation. Your PR can be denied, and you definitely will never be able to sponsor her if you don't inform them.

However, if you don't want to add her, you tell them that. They will still ask for her medicals and police records, and then you can sponsor her later. Most of the time it makes more sense to add her as accompanying because in any case you'll have to send the same documents.

Yes I understand that accompanying option but the main thing is when i am adding her in my file my point would be 450 Only and without her 465 and you know that what is the current cut off. so i am bit worried about that.

Then you wait till you get your ITA, submit your application, and then get married. Then the points don't reduce.

Or are you already married?

Yes that is what i am asking after ITA and during the filr procees, i can go and do marriage.

What about if i wll put first visitor visa for her after my PR then call her to canada and then apply for her PR from here.

What do you think about this.
