Go to the "authentic" site www.cic.gc.ca and under the immigrate section find family sponsorship it will tell you all you need to know. Ditto for the visitor visa requirements. You can only apply for a visitor visa after relinquishing your PR.

can somebody help in telling that..
if some usa company hire the services of a Canadian PR holder and that US company sends the hired person to india for six months on job , will that period be counted as PR OBLIGATIONS for the hired Canadian pr person ?
