Going for advance diploma after graduation in India.

I did Engg. graduation in India and going for advance diploma(Fast track) in same field in Toronto region. I am too much confused in these points.

1. Some says you won't get visa bcoz it is not higher level course than your studies while other says most of people are going like this only(For diploma after graduation). What is actual trend?

2. It is also difficult to get visa for fast track diploma courses after graduation. True?

3. Other view is people says that there are lot of rejection in Toronto region now a days than other regions is it true?

Plz...plzz..plzz..provide me correct information. I am getting confused more and more. :'(

Ya thats true buddy but actually there are no courses of my interest(other than this) in Jan intake. and I am unemployed from last 6 months(Completed graduation in may). So if I would wait fro Sept intake then it will take more 7-8 months like this. Thats why I am thinking for diploma courses which is available.
