Going back to studies after PR, when?

Hi everyone,

I am currently studying in Montreal and doing a Bachelor degree. After graduation I plan to apply for the PEQ to get the CSQ and then after get PR. However it says that i cannot study, if i want to study i have to get a CAQ for studies.
When am I allowed to go back to school for another degree? Is after the PR good?

Once you become a permanent resident you will be allowed to study, work... do whatever you want to... as your status will no longer be linked to a 'permit', such as student permit or work permit...
