Going back to home country

Hi All

I have not yet got Acknowledgment of my application. I am currently in US and may have to go back to my home country.

Till the time i get the acknowledgment, I will not have a file number etc.

How can I inform Canada Immigration about my change of address.

Will this also mean that i have to submit fresh polic clearance certificates.

Will my application be transferred to my home country instead of the place where I submitted.
