Go back in USA when I got my PR in Canada

Hi there. Can I still go back to USA and continue my H1B work when I get my PR card in Canada.
Does it affect my immigrant status if I stay in United State for a year? Thanks

Not if your PR is still valid and you come back to Canada to fulfil the Residency Requirement (Number of Days)

You got to stay for 3 years in 5 years.

I always wonder what happens like if u cannot finish 3 years. Can u get a pr extension ?
