GNDU (Guru Nanak Dev University) ECA WES query

I have done BSc & MSc from Colleges in Jalandhar, India affiliated to GNDU Amritsar. While applying for transcripts to be sent to ECA directly through online GNDU e transcript portal, am I supposed to upload any WES form? Which form is this?

Yes, first create an account in WES.org/ca and create your account. After payment download WES request form and fill reference number and relevant details on first half of the document.

Then, while requesting transcripts from GNDU, submit this form as well. They will make one package and send it to WES.
If they agree to handover the transcripts to you and do not want to add WES form in that package, then you can put WES form in a bigger package along with transcripts and ship it to WES.

Since i have multiple degrees from GNDU (BSc MSc BEd), I will need to upload 1 pdf with all the degrees,marksheets and WES forms (3 forms one for each degree) together?

If all degrees are from GNDU, then one WES form can be used for all degrees. Your registration number will be unique across all degrees however degrees can be mentioned with commas.

Ok, so institution name in that form should be directly GNDU university name or college name (DAV etc)?

Secondly, I also have a PhD degree for which i am getting separate forms filled up, but is the WES form a mandatory thing that needs to be sent? Its written only if needed on the website.

WES form is mandatory as per WES. However, in some cases, there is an exception.

In the GNDU website, while applying for transcript it asks for whether transcripts required for DMCs or degree... What is to be done?

You will need transcripts of both DMCs and Degree.

Yes... Tried applying thru the same link only.. But there's one field which asks

Do I need to get the transcript for the Degree or the marksheet?

I am confused about this option.. . If i select both then i have to choose three marksheets and one degree and the total fees is inr 5500 but if i go for the degree only then the total payment i have to make is inr 2700.... What to do...???

You have to select both. Transcripts should be sent for both DMCs and Degree

Wes acccount email can differ from gndu account email.?
By mistake i didn't upload documents in a4 size. When i tried to upload again , gndu transcript account is not allowing me.
So i am thinking to create new account with my other email and then upload all the documents in a4 size?
Will this work?

Email can be different, there is no problem in that.

Khalsa college is autonomous college for last two semesters will not create any problem? i jst have to request gndu to send transcripts to wes?
