I have applied for WP under GTS with upfront biometrics (from visitor visa) and upfront medical. how much time it will take to process application? I haven't received AOR. was I even supposed to receive one?

Hi dear sir or madam i just did my application for Express Entry

Hi Guys, I applied for a work visa under Global-Talent-Stream. My wife applied with me as a dependent, we both applied on Oct 31. I got the request for the Medical-exam Dec 1 and passed. But still, my wife didn't get a request for Medical-exam. Do you guys have experience or idea about the delaying of dependent application. Please share your thoughts. Thank you.
