Global Skill Strategy program for spouse

I am Permanent Resident in Canada and living in Canada now. My wife is working in India. Can she be eligible for global skill strategy program considering that she qualifies for highly skilled worker?

- she doesn't have LMIA or job offer

But missing from your post is what her occupation/skill is and whether it is on the list ? Still need to find an employer sponsor if I understand the program correctly which will always be a challenge

You can apply to sponsor her i.e. spousal sponsorship under Family Class.

She is not eligible for the Global Talent stream as a Senior Executive (Assumption: Based on similar job titles in India i.e. she works either in administration or accounts/finances + her NOC is not on the Global Talent occupations list)
