Global entry for canada PR?

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen in canada on PR. Portal wont allow me to apply for global entry if I select I am canada PR. Any way to proceed?

you can apply for nexus, but only if you have been a PR for three years.

Have lived in USA for 3 years so am eligible but does Nexus have same benefits as global entry? Can I use it to enter from other countries to USA? Thanks

I have used Global Entry kiosk using my Nexus membership at Seattle Airport.
