My wife and I both have Canadian tourist visas. We visited canada last month and have returned to our home country Nigeria. My wife’s visa expires with her passport in March 2020 and we are presently renewing her passport. She intends to travel to canada again in January To give birth and return to Nigeria. Does she need to apply for a visa renewal. Can she be allowed a stay of up to 3 months even when her visa expires in March or does she need to apply for an extension of her stay upon entry.
Also, Is there any chance of her being refused entry into canada to give birth?

Do you have lots of money, just in case something goes wrong? Hospital bills could go up to a million dollars (it's happened before).
It's certainly possible that CBSA may give only a limited stay period. It's up to the immigration officer at the Port of Entry.
Nobody here is likely to be encouraging "birth tourism", which is what you are proposing.
Also, it gives you no immigration benefits for at least 20 years.

Yes there is a high chance of being refused to enter Canada if visibly pregnant.
