given removal order. can I renounce PR now or have to appeal to re-enter?

I have been given removal order and 30 days to appeal or leave Canada.
I am OK with leaving in 30 days but have to come back in three months for the closing of one of the properties I brought in Canada.
I understand that If I appeal then my removal order will be on hold and I can come back until IAD settles my appeal.
But I don't have any intention of staying in Canada and would rather come back as a visitor. Someone told me that if I renounce my PR then I can get TRV for 6 months which will allow me to leave and enter Canada for the next 6 months and after that I can get extension of new TRV from Canadian high commission in my home country.
My question is whether I can renounce PR and get TRV after getting removal order? If not, then is the appeal the only sure way to be able to leave and come back to Canada at least for the next few months?

You are going in circles with your questions. The only way you are guaranteed to return is if you win the appeal before you leave Canada. If you leave within the 30 days given to you then you lose your PR status. If you leave without appealing then there is noting stopping you from applying for a visitor visa, and there is nothing stopping them from denying you. Once you lose your PR status, you are subject to same process of anyone applying for a TRV and I am not sure how owning a property in Canada will be looked at as a "visit".

You were issued a removal order because you presumably did not meet the RO.

You can either appeal and try to keep your PR, but it sounds as if you are not even remotely interested in that, OR

You can not appeal, leave within the 30 days and let your PR lapse.

Once that has happened, you can then apply for whatever visa your passport requires of you to enter Canada.

As stated previously, you would be subject to the same rules and regulations as any other 'visitor' to Canada at that point and would have to show sufficient proof that you would leave when your visa expires.

You don't really have to come back to Canada for the closing. You could just assign someone (such as a friend, lawyer or real estate agent) to take care of it while you are away.
