So you're experiencing the same thing. Given biometrics, have the details on passport, but on the IRCC website there are no details and also no status update.
Please keep me updated..Since you've applied from Singapore, did you contact the VAC/VFS center where you gave your biometric? What are they saying?

I have same case as well, I did my bio May 11 until now it has not reflected.

In the same situation. I enrolled in my biometrics on 5/10, but no updates yet.
I reported a technical issue for that and got a reply after two weeks " we confirm that the biometrics were received, but not yet assessed, by the responsible office."
Just don't know what to do next... It usually takes few hours to assess and complete the Biometrics.

Same situation, I checked on the IRCC site ans confirmed that they my bio on file.
