Hello my friends!

I have obtained my CSQ (I’m going like a Quebec Selected Skilled Worker) and I have sent my Federal application to Vienna Immigration Office, Austria (I am from Serbia).

I have a fiance for two years and she is not going with me in Canada. Financial situation in Serbia is very difficult so we managed to save enough money only for my application. We planned that I should go first in order to settle and find a job and later to bring her to Canada, get married and live happily ever after. Yesterday, we found out that she is pregnant. What to do know? (I wrote on both of my applications, for Quebec and for Federal, that I am single and have not mentioned her anywhere).

I am 26 years old (BSc IT) and she is 24 years old (Graduated Philologist – Arabic and German language).

Can you please tell us what to do know? Are we in trouble?
I there any possibility to take her with me? Or to sponsor her after my arrival?

Kind regards,
-m

Have you lived with her for one year? If you have, you should not have said you were single on the application.
If you haven't, I would suggest marrying her and adding her to the application. If you really can't because of the money situation, you could come to Canada with your PR visa and then go back, marry her, come back to Canada and sponsor her.
You will have to tell the visa office about the child if he/she is born before you land in Canada.

No, we don't live together. She live with her parents and I live with mine.
I am going thru Quebec, so I have obtained CSQ for me only. Is it going to be a problem if I send to embassy short info that I am married now?
I would really love to bring her with me if that is possible... I could loan some money for her, financial situation is a bit better than it was last year when we started this whole Canada story.

I think you have a bit of a problem...

If you tell the embassy you're married, then you will have to submit paperwork for her (including police certificates and a medical). However she won't be able to do the medical while pregnant because it requires x-rays.

I'm not sure what to suggest. Hopefully others will comment.

If you're not married yet, perhaps it's better to just send the info that your girlfriend is pregnant with your child. That way they know what's up and everything, but since at this time she is your girlfriend she wont have to be put onto the paper because you're not married... then after she's had the baby and you both get married, then u can inform them of that.... Have u been issued your visa yet? Or the application has just been sent to Austria and you're waiting?
I think what would be best, since your girlfriend is prenant, is to wait until you have at least landed in Canada with your visa, to get married. Once she has the baby, then she will be able to get a medical exam done and you can begin the process of getting her over there (which visa route would you be doing for her?).
Just my thoughts.

My friend told me that his wife was unable to do medical because she was pregnant...

I have obtained my CSQ ~ a month ago and my federal application was sent 10 days ago to Vienna. I'm not sure about visa route...
If I send an info to the embassy that my girlfriend is pregnant with my child, is that going to change something in my status? I don't know all details about sponsorship program - for how long do I have to work, is there a minimum time required to wait from my arrival until I'm eligible to sponsor her... Oh.... I am so confused about everything... :)

I will be a little blunt to ask you some questions to analyze and suggest what would be good according to me.

1st- Whats your priority ? Getting into Canada now or to be with her ?

2nd- Do you wish to be with her through the pregnancy or do you wish to be there at the time of birth ?

3rd- I am not sure of how long does these kinda visas take, lemme know your timeline and expected time of processing.

A pregnant girlfriend should not change your status - but living with her will.
Once you get a PR visa and land in Canada, you can sponsor someone right away. So you could come to Canada, land, get settled, then come back and marry your girlfriend, then go back to Canada and sponsor her (and the child, if born by then.) You don't need to have a job, though of course it would help to have one.
If you marry her before you come to Canada, you have to tell CIC and the visa office about the marriage. She will then be added to your application. There will be a delay then because she's pregnant and shouldn't have the x-ray.

Should also note if the child is born before the OP receives his PR or "lands" s/he has to be added to the application, whether the parents are married or not.
