Well the original plan was to have her move in with me and my parents for a couple months while we save money to move out and both go to college nearby. Now it seems that isnt possible and I need a study visa for her. I just need clarification if my situation is at all going to happen and what I can do to make this all work.

As we have said, she can't just 'move'. If she got a visit visa, she could come, but not work. There is no way around that situation.

She could get a travel visa and extend it until you have lived together for a year and then you could sponsor her, but that means she cannot work AND study until that sponsorship goes through. A study visa is probably the best way for you both to pursue, as you can work 20 hours a week on it (as long as it is a full-time course with no breaks). Then after graduating she could qualify for a post graduate work permit.

Check to see if she qualifies. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada.html

You could get married if she came here as a visitor and then immediately apply for spousal sponsorship.

When you say "cant work" do you mean cant have a career here or she cant even just get some crappy part time job at mcdonalds or something in meantime?

She needs a work permit to hold a job in Canada (any job in this circumstance). Otherwise it's illegal work and can get her deported. That would be bad if you plan to live and study together.

She is an American...a foreign national. She has no right to anything in Canada unless she have the appropriate visa or status. Just showing up gives you none of those things.

I mean she can't work LEGALLY without some sort of permit. I don't see how that is hard to understand. She is an American. America is a different country from Canada.

I understand it its just at the point where it sounds impossible to immigrate here unless you already have a lot of job experience in another country and stuff.

Not impossible. If you both are serious you need to go on the Internet and research this a lot. If she can afford it, I would say studying would be the best option for you both (that is if you don't want to get married)

Yeah so she wants to just come here right away and everything so I guess this wont work out sadly. The odds just dont workout. Thanks for the help with my sometimes repetitive and dumb questions.

I honestly thought you were my bf for a second because of your username and similarity in our situations LOL

That said, the only way for your gf to move permanently to Canada is to apply for permanent residence. Permanent residence grants a person the right to live and work in Canada. She can acquire permanent residence by qualifying via one of the programs in Express Entry (this is the route I chose) or by being sponsored. To sponsor her, the two of you would need to either become a common-law couple (by living together continuously for one year) or get married.

If she doesn't qualify for PR yet, she can come visit you temporarily pretty much any time (as a tourist) without a visa, but she cannot work for anyone in Canada during her visit.

She can look into using a recognized organization to come to Canada to work for a period of time. Doing so would give her Canadian work experience and allow her to live in Canada until her work permit runs out. Canadian work experience can help her acquire permanent residence later on using Express Entry.

She could also study in Canada, as some people have said, although it can be expensive as she would count as an international student, and most schools in Canada charge higher tuition fees to international students.

Can i please talk to you on a different platform so i can explain more stuff in private and maybe you can help me out? Any platform works for me.

I don't think going for PR right away is in anyway good for you. Takes too long and guaranteed she will not get enough points. Either go get some finances together (can be a loan or parents money) and take a 2 year course. After that she can qualify for a 3 year work permit. Or get married
