Girlfriend got pregnant

Here's my situation. under provincial nominee program

I have a girlfriend in the Philippines we are not in common law relationship and not being married. I got my visa between month of july to August 2014 and arrived in Canada August 2014. My girlfriend told me she was pregnant 2-3 months when I was already here in Canad. What i did is to continue support her and the child as well. I was wondering if I will marry her can I include the child in sponsorship? what should be the best step? to marry her and sponsor them? I was here in Canada when she gave birth. There's no birth certificate yet under my name because we are not married. I'm not sure if the immigration will denied my sponsorship because of having child in common. Please help me! My plan is to marry her in 2017 , the child is around 2 1/2 year old by that time.

As long as the child was not yet born when you landed as PR in Aug 2014, then you are fine.

You can only sponsor her when you either get married or become common-law. After that, you can sponsor her and your child together for PR.

Note that during the entire sponsorship process, you are required to stay resident of Canada. This means you can go for visits to see your family, but you shouldn't go for extended times.

The baby was born this february 2015. I am a permanent resident here in canada. Would that be a conflict for not declaring the child? The child was not under my name because we are not married and not under common law relationship? I am not in the PHilippines. I will marry her in 2017 to sponsor her and the child as well but i'm worred because i dont know if This will be conflict...

No conflict. You can sponsor her and your child as soon as you get married.
My suggestion. Don't wait till 2017 and get married soon! As a PR you can sponsor her without any difficulties.

What more info do you need?

Just remember it can take over a year for a sponsorship app to be fully processed. So if you wanted her and your child here in 2017, you should get married and begin the process in 2016.
