if the Students for other provinces land at Toronto Airport then, are the eligible?

Great question! If the student has a 2 hour stoppage in Toronto Pearson International and his destination in Canada is not in Ontario, can he just walk to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and collect the gift package, especially if his Study Permit formalities have already been completed earlier?

nope,it just started on august 11th and will end on september 10.
u need to just ask them some questions and they will gift you.
this is conducted only by toronto province.
i think you can go to them and ask some question..... 8)

no bro never,,, i came here in a bus ??? ???.... if i am not wrong u never been to any airport... exit of terminal means. u must have visa for that country. more over.. do not be soo cheap..!!! jst for a free sim card.. do not abuse the system. u will get these things in orientation..
