I Currently reside at Dubai and processing the PR application from Dubai. I would like to know whether it is possible for my parents to create gift deed with my Indian account details or should the gift deed be created with my dubai account details.. Thanks for the response in advance.

I believe the account normally used by you should be used to transfer gift deed (not create), so dubai one should be used.
