Gift Deed (Proof of funds)

Greetings,

My mother is going to provide me with an X amount of money to help me with my immigration process of Canada. Should I send them the gift deed with my OINP application form or should I wait until they request for it?

Also, as someone being rejected because of a Gift Deed as proof of fund?

Besides providing the bank statements and gift deed, should I sent something else as proof of funds?

You can share balance certificate from bank only..

No need for the Gift Deed unless they ask for it right?

Yes please. You need to send them the Gift deed along with your application.
It is clearly mentioned on their website. Go and check it.

The copy of gift deed needs to be attached with the bank certificate and bank statements for both the applications - OINP and PR App.
