Gift Deed - Proof Of Funds. Please advise!! Urgent!!!

Hi, I received a letter from IRCC requiring me to provide Proof of Funds.

I have obtained these documents so far:
- My Bank statement here in Canada showing the amount of $2800
- The Bank receipt from my origin country (English version, stamped from the bank) showing my mom sent me the fund of $14000
- My bank account statement from my origin Country includes the transfer from my mom. (English version, stamped from the bank)
- A hand writting letter from my mother explaining the gift deed, mentionng banking info of mine and my mom bearing my mom signiture. (Translated to English and Stamped by the translation office)

Im not sure if I have everything that I need for Proof of Funds request from IRCC?. Please advice ((

the hand written letter is not enough. get it printed on an affidavit (you can find samples online), stating all the particulars of the account that your mother manages (eg. the account number, and bank name), and your own personal account to which the amount was transferred. also mention how the money was transferred (eg if online transfer, then transfer receipt #), and have your mother state on the deed that she's giving this amount to you willingly, and this is yours to do as you will, etc. get the affidavit notarised too.
