Gift Deed Needed or Not?

Hi there,

20% of the proof of funds required was transferred from my parents. Do I still need a gift certificate?

Also 75% of the funds required has been in my fixed deposit for the last 4 months. But 25% is in a fixed deposit only for 1 month. Is this ok?

You need a gift deed for that 20%. The gift deed will need to be in English (or French) and notarised.

So this 20% of funds has been in a fixed deposit only for a month. Is it ok? But remaining 80% has been in a fixed deposit for around 4 months. Please advise if this is ok.
