Gift Deed Information

My father is to transfer me the amount required in our accounts for the PR through a gift deed. Should the gift deed be broken down into parts, such that the money is sent in installments, or since it is a gift, the total amount can be sent in one transfer and a copy of the stamped and notarized gift deed scanned as proof? I’ve actually done the same thing. I got multiple transfers from my mom and showed all the transfers on the gift deed with a total amount at the bottom.

I’m gonna attach my bank statement and her bank certificate to verify account info.

But won't it just be better to get one transfer with the full amount through the gift deed? Instead of multiple transfers? This is basically for the full amount that they say is required for a minimum
