Hi Guys,
Below is one of the format posted by one of the member 'hsinxh' and i have just pasted the info. I believe this format was accepted by CIC and I plan to use this format.

What if the transfer is not a one time cheque transfer but carried over a few netbanking transactions. Do I need to mention the transaction numbers of all the transactions?

Did you mention it transactions wise for all transactions? or just the total amount in the gift deed / affidavit
