Hi,

I've moved back to my home country and have opened a new account and had money transferred from parents. Additionally I'm getting a gift deed mentioning this drafted.

Now do I wait 6 months before accepting ITAs and applying or should I do it now (completely new acc) or couple of months?

thanks for the help

You don't need to wait at all if you have the gift deed and proof of transfer. Can you get statements from your bank account in previous country you lived in?

I had a gift deed and sent in application straight away. I also provided statements showing account history for the last 6 months.
