I forgot my scotiabank secure email service's password, and
unfortunately also forgot the security question's answer. How can I get
it reset? I have submitted the fees yesterday.

I tried emailing at studentgic@scotiabank.com but the email keep
bouncing back.

Call their GIC helpline directly on +1-416-288-4119 (if ur from india then usually after 1/2pm IST)

I used to take updates from them everyday on phone.
As for email, you will need to login anyhow becoz the GIC Certficiate is sent in that mailbox only. For now just call them to ensure your money has reached and ask them how to reset email etc.

You cannot directly mail to scotia from your personal id. They respond to email queries only if you send mail via the secure email service (in reply to their most recent email, not matter different topic)
