GIC # urgent help

Hi everyone,
Hope you are all doing fine.
I have a query regarding my GIC.
I applied for study permit via non sds category but I had applied for GIC at Scotiabank under the compulsion of my agent.
But as I had not received my GIC certificate before 15th of may, I had attached the swift copy in financial summary as there was no GIC column to submit.
Now unfortunately my GIC was cancelled due to address mismatch and I received a refund but when I am trying to transfer again the forex agent told that I would incur TCS charges for the second transfer.
My question is Can I transfer it via CIBC as I read that it doesnt incur TCS charges if we transfer in INR.
But I have a doubt will this create a problem with visa as the swift copy for Scotiabank was submitted.
Please help me. I really need your suggestions.
Your kindness and help will be highly appreciated

GIC certificates are accepted, swift copies mean nothing to visa officers.

Since you applied non-SDS, did you provide other financial proof of funds? I don't see why you still wanna get GIC if you are applied non-sds AND your application is already submitted?

What do you mean by "requested that my case should be settled"? If your judicial application is allowed, a different officer will assess your application again and make a decision. It's not an automatic approval. You are not guaranteed.

That's the process. Your new submissions will go through the normal eligibility assessment. If passed, then you will be approved.
