is there any impact on visa if i lodge my file in the last weak of march for sep intake? as it's too early

Many members of this forum including me have already got visa for Sept 2019 intake. The early you apply the better..
You could apply even in jan. Or feb . , There will be no impact after having visa so early so go for it .. hope there will not be any surprises further

could anyone tell would i have to book an appointment to lodge my file at vfs center i want to submit my file offline so could it be better to done biometrics on same day of file submission
For college fees .. you can pay either from your account or from your father's but for GIC .. you have to pay from your own accont only
There is no information form canadian immigration on this, this is a part of many proposed changes canada might bring forth with regards to the student visas and overall immigration to Canada however change in GIC from 1April 2019 is a rumour spread by the gready education consultants who just want tk trap the students by raising the fear psychosis..GIC is not changing from 1april 2019 it might or might not happen in future that remains to be seen...so stop worrying
please help me.. I hv submit my gic fees on 7th march and i got gic TT receipt on 15 march.. but still i have not got gic certificate.. how many days it will take to come??
May be you are mistaken .. after 7-8 days .. you can get the GIC certificate after paying your GIC Fee

yes, you have to book appointment for biometrics and same time you can submit your file.
Why the panic I don't understand it is not like once the calendar changes from March to April the rules for GIC will be enforced. The rules in force now are not going to change in the near foreseeable future. Changes if any will be notified well in advance. As for the biometric appointment you should visit the website of VFS global and find it out. If you are unable to do so DM me with your home town and I would be glad to help you .
thank you so much i know rules aren't going to change hopefully not from april 1 but as my file is almost ready just submission is left
