Hey Guys,

I have a account in my in ICICI Bank and i have mentioned that in Scotia Bank GIC form. I have the received the wire transfer details from Scotia bank
also.

When i tried to transfer money from ICICI bank to Scotio Bank (GIC Account) they are asking me to change my account to NRO and fill form 15c something so that they can transfer money from my account.

Guys please throw some light in this?

@Parul154 did you came across same situation when you transfer via ICICI??

For me, such a thing never popped up.I never came across such situation .It was a smooth transaction.
Is ur account a joint account or your own account?
I have my own account in ICICI, and not a joint account.

Please help every body.

I paid the amount on 10th June but still i have not recieved the certificate. When i am calling them they are saying they have not recieved it. My consultant has emailed them the TT copy also but still they are saying not recieved. What should i do .

Please help some way.

Y ur consultant is sending these details to scotiabank u have to send it thru ur email address like i did

@Preethy and Parul. i Have sent the money via ICICI bank through a KNown Manager he helped me and i money transferred and swift copy also sent to Scotia Bank now waiting for GIC. Thanks for input from Parul.

Hi Friends,
Could anyone please shed some light on my below query?
I am an Indian citizen, currently working in Jordan.
I have arranged the fund in to my NRO account at India.
I opened an account with ICICI Canada Bank for GIC, now they have complications remitting the fund from my NRO to Canadian bank since I am not physically available in India right now. Another issue they are telling that, my passport is renewed in Jordan.
Is there anyone faced similar issues? Does CIBC and Scotia are following the same policy?

Advices are highly appreciated.
