GIC rejected refund from scotia bank

I got rejection mail from scotia bank on 27th April 21. The reason of rejection was name mismatch and they refunded my money but till date i haven't got any refunded money. How many days it will take to get money back to my account? When I mailed them they said it will take 7-10 business day, Is that true?

Hey I need your help. Can you please revert. I want to apply for the GIC refund from Scotia bank. I have filled the online form but getting an error bank address must be of home country
