Gic Refund

Hello friends ,
My visa has been rejected for may ,2013 batch . Can any body now tell me the procedure how to get the GIC refund ? And how much time it take to get the money transfer back in your account ?

Reason is Proposed studies not relevant , Can anybody tell me the way to refund my GIC and How much time it will take for that to be transferred into my account ?
