GIC not received

On 28th November I transferred 10200 CAD for GIC from my hdfc bank account. On 30th I received a mail from hdfc bank about confirmation of details. I got the swift receipt on 30th November. I kept on checking with Scotia bank on phone but they said they have not received money. I asked hdfc bank and they sent me the swift code of their partner bank that the money sent for further processing. This was generated on 6th December.They are asking me to mail the swift copy to Scotia bank. I mailed them 3 times from secure mail but no reply. On phone they tell they have not received money and check with your sender bank. I don't know what to do. Really tensed . Please help

It takes 4 5 working days for the final GIC certificate from the scotia bank ... keep on calling them and make them understand your condition
