Hi all,

Is there a time limit for withdrawing money deposited in GIC account of Nova Scotia after visa refusal ?
I applied twice and was rejected twice but I am planning to apply again. The GIC account was opened in August 2016. Can I keep it alive till the time I want to re-apply for visa ?
