I transfer funds on 28/9/2016 but not received any mail from scotiabank.THEY WILL MAIL ME ON MY GMAIL ID OR SECURE MAIL.

Explain more. How and from where did you make the transfer?
 
What Happened ? Do you received the Letter from GIC bank ?

I'm hoping you did a wire transfer from your own bank account to scotia bank.

In that case you will be receiving the GIC certificate in your scotia bank secure mail box in 5-7 days.
You will also receive a notification in the gmail ID that you used to create the scotia bank account when a mail is sent to the secure mail box if scotia.

If you don't receive the GIC certificate even after 7 days you can directly contact them and ask for an update.

hey sonu, can you please tell me how much time they took to process gic?
 
Transfer money from a joint account with one of your parents.

No other option. Let your parent be the primary owner of the account
