GIC FOR PAKISTANI STUDENT

Hello, i have tried to transfer payment from my foreign currency joint account in MCB islamic islamabad branch to CIBC but the medium bank "JP Morgans Chase Bank New York" didn't execute the transaction and returned the payment
What to do? Can anyone help please

Why did they returned the payment? I also sent gic from mcb bank worked fine for me.

They put our payment under compliance review and rejected it without any reason given to us

I had my bank manager transfer from my SCB dollar account to ScotiaBank and it went fine too.
